About the House

Tybee Place is located on the quiet south end of the island. Less than 200 steps to the beach and two blocks from the back river. The Tybee Pier and Pavilion, as well as lots of shops and restaurants are just a block and a half away.

The Tybee Place condo was built in 2005 by Steve Watson. The building has an elevator that serves all four of the units. Unit #102 has covered parking for 2 vehicles. At 1,200 square feet, the unit has three bedrooms and two full baths. Two of the bedrooms have queen beds and the third bedroom has bunk beds. There is also a sleeper sofa in the living room.

Cable TV, DVD player, VCR, Sony Playstation 2, high speed internet and many popular board games.

Beach bikes (2), chairs (6), and coolers.

Kitchen is fully-equipped and has a breakfast bar.

Central heat and air with ceiling fans throughout.

A washer and dryer with laundry detergent.

A concrete path all the way to the beach for a wheelchair if needed.
