As you reach Tybee Island on U.S. Highway 80, also known as Butler Avenue, the road takes a 90 degree turn to the right heading south parallel to the beach. As you notice City Hall on your right and begin to watch the numbered streets that cross Butler Avenue. Near 12th Street on Butler is the Tybee Market on your right. You will continue south on Butler and approach the business district. Keep an eye out for the Breakfast Club on the left at 15th Street, voted Savannah’s Best Place to Eat Breakfast for 11 consecutive years. Just past 17th Street is 17th Place. The condo is a yellow three-story structure on the left side of the road. Unit #102 is on the lower right side.
